Excellent piece on my favorite author of all time, William!! You've noted some of his best quotes upon which I lean often. And I agree with everything you've said. Oh, and that whole Alamo thing? I'm right down here with it and it's happening EXACTLY as you say! The turmoil resurfaced upon the move to expand Alamo Plaza and of, course trying to pretty up th story even more.
