Though I'm only 67, and pretty much have the phone thing under control, I always have to ask my husband about this or that email I often get that looks as though it's legit and from a real source -- I drive him crazy! But he helps. His advice is always, "Look at the email address from where it came and you'll pretty much be able to tell if it's real or not -- but by no means click on it!"
