…m having with this Affirmative Action ruling is that it was for college admissions, NOT businesses. How can any judge miss that detail? Besides, there was a good reason for affirmative action--everyone's missing that point.

Hey Kathy, thanks for commenting. The judge didn't miss that detail -- that detail was ALWAYS the intended outcome. And no, everyone's not missing that point -- like the Supremes, they NEVER felt responsible for ANY inequity. I'm sure Thurgood Marshall's turning over in his grave
