Somehow, Black Brits are seen as more intelligent, more learned than Black Americans -- which even I feel sometimes when I realize how much more World History they know than we do in America -- due not to our ignorance, but the f'd up education system they have, and continue to teach. There's a writer here on Medium, Adebayo Adineran, that's taught my old ass plenty of shit I never knew!
