This is not a “Black problem.” White people created race and racism, we (collectively) got rich off it, we’ve perpetuated it, and we continue to benefit from it. It is our problem to solve. And more than that, we’re the only group with the power and the numbers to solve it. So let’s stop worrying about how bad it looks to be called a racist, and start worrying about how we can eradicate it.
