Yep. I had to wait for him about 15 minutes and when he finally came in, he apologized saying, he was consulting with one of his 90 year-old patients on a tele-appointment so it took longer than he expected. He went on to say he was a gerontologist and ALL of his patients are old!! I said, "I'm only 66, why did they assign me to you (It's a military hospital)??!! "Shortage of doctors, especially female ones" was his answer. So I decided to go outside to a civilian practice, run by two young women and since I'm on Social Security there will still be no co-pays.
