You know I love your writing, Walter -- but I believe we should work collectively toward ACCEPTANCE, NOT JUST TOLERANCE. Tolerance, to me means you're putting up with me. I learned that during a series of Dialogues I used to hold when I lived in the Keys, using "Teaching Tolerance" as a guide. That's not what most folk want, or need. I changed my focus after the decidedly diverse group pointed that out.
